Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Some travel required - throughout North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training and company resources to decide on the best solution for each customers needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, work independently and be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
