The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins, is seeking an Account Specialist to service commercial facilities in the Virginia/NC region. You will conduct inspections, develop treatment plans, and document activities with precision.

No experience is required; training is provided. A valid driver’s license is required, and you will have the opportunity to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days. Competitive pay, benefits, and potential company vehicle usage are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Some Travel Required - throughout North Carolina.

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
