Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) is hiring for a field service role in Nashville to inspect commercial accounts, develop solutions, and service customer facilities. Build strong client relationships and maintain precise documentation.

No experience is required. A High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required. Training is provided along with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
