IFC - Industrial Fumigant Company in the United States is seeking a field-based pest control associate to service commercial accounts. You will conduct inspections, develop solutions, and treat client facilities with professional service and precise documentation.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, independent work, and attention to detail, with training provided. A valid driver's license is required, and travel is expected to North Carolina; pesticide license will be supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently
• Some travel required — throughout North Carolina

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training and company resources to decide on the best solution for each customer’s needs.
• Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed

Physical Demands / Working Environment
