Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins Corporation, seeks a field-facing pest management professional to inspect commercial facilities, develop and implement solutions, and maintain precise records. A driver’s license is required, and a pesticide license is pursued within the initial 90 days with company support.

Compensation is competitive: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with earnings potential from commissions and a company vehicle program including a gas card.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Willingness to travel within North Carolina and surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial accounts through professional service and documentation.

Responsibilities

Join our team and you will take care of our commercial accounts by conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions and treating customer facilities. You will maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation. You will

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.


• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.


• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.


• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.


• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.


• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• No Experience Required!


• Valid driver’s license required


• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)


• Ability to work in the field independently


• Some Travel Required - - throughout North Carolina

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:


• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
