The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins, Inc., seeks team members to support commercial pest management through inspections, solutions, and customer service. You will build client relationships, document processes, and apply training to deliver effective results.

Competitive hourly pay, up to $24 per hour, with earning potential from commissions, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training and company resources to decide the best solution for each customer.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
