Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins, is hiring a Pest Control Technician/Exterminator for Fort Smith, AR. You will inspect facilities, develop solutions, and perform treatments for commercial accounts, while maintaining professional client relations and precise documentation.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain pesticide licenses. A CDL with Hazmat endorsement may be required; weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage routes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients through professional service and documentation.
• Resolve customer needs using training and company resources to determine best solutions.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess strong work ethic and willingness to work necessary hours to meet complex requirements.
• Attend to pest control needs for food and commodity industries.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required
• A bility to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Some weekend and holiday work required.
• Must have the ability to quickly obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement and both Kansas 7B and 7E pest control licenses.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
