Job summary

Terminix is seeking Pest Technicians to deliver high-quality pest control services to residential customers within assigned territories. You will operate a company vehicle, receive extensive training, and have opportunities to earn commissions on top of a base salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license are required.
• Personable and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
• Detail oriented and safety conscious.
• Good math aptitude for sales and service calculations.
• Comfortable working outside and in crawl spaces/attics.
• Facial hair not allowed for safety reasons (rebreathers).

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Respond to customers' requests for service calls and confirm scheduled services.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional Terminix products or services.
