Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments. You will educate customers on prevention, schedule visits, and assist with expanding services while maintaining equipment and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Willingness to learn and grow in pest control fields.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and long-term solutions.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and stocked.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations on pest control products and safety protocols.
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle as needed.
