Job summary

HomeTeam in Naples, FL seeks an on-site Pest Control and Customer Service professional to service residential routes, diagnose pest issues, and suggest additional services when appropriate.

You will drive the company vehicle, maintain your pest control license, attend seminars, and submit accurate service tickets while working independently. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth within Rollins, Inc.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.

• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route.
