Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service homeowners across a Myrtle Beach, SC route. You will diagnose pest issues, offer additional services, and maintain licensure while representing a tidy, professional image with company truck and uniform.

Independent work is standard, with occasional Saturdays required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, a 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route
