Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspecting properties, identifying pests, applying treatments, and guiding customers on prevention while upholding safety standards.

The role includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and benefits from day one for full-time colleagues, with opportunities to grow within the Rentokil family across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, safely.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Provide advice to reduce the risk of future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations and wear PPE as required.
