Aptive Environmental is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service customers in the Green Bay area. This full-time on-the-road role reports to the Milwaukee/New Berlin office weekly and offers a $20.00–$24.00 per hour wage plus a $500 sign-on bonus.

You will operate a company vehicle, receive a phone, and work in a collaborative team environment while handling pesticides and customer needs. Qualifications include a valid US driver's license (3+ years), a clean driving record, and passing a

• No experience required; we will train you.
• A valid US driver's license held for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (≤1 moving violation in past year; ≤2 in past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides while following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by delivering the most effective pest solutions.
• Maintain service for all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems; inform management of route issues.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides; route assigned locally.
• Carry a ~50 lb product backpack.
• Schedule includes every other Saturday.

This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Green Bay, WI. This position will report to our office in Milwaukee/New Berlin, WI once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues

• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Please note that you will be assigned a route in your local area
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
