Job summary

Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service residential and commercial customers in the Plymouth, MA area. You will use industry-leading training and tools to diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments with support from our entomology team.

We offer a company vehicle, paid training, eligible overtime, and clear career advancement paths. A valid driver's license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Team oriented and customer focused.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve pest issues for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, interiors, and exteriors to identify concerns and recommend solutions.
• Deliver high-quality treatments backed by our Board-Certified Entomologists and experienced management team.
• Educate customers on prevention strategies and help them feel confident and informed.
• Identify additional areas where our services can add value and present options to customers.
• Earn additional income through service-based sales opportunities that reward initiative.
• Build long-term relationships by providing dependable, professional service.
• Grow your skills and career through ongoing training and a clear path for advancement.

Pest Control Technician (Maintenance)

Responsibilities

As a Pest Control Technician with Waltham Pest Services, you'll put your industry-leading training to work by helping homeowners and businesses protect their spaces and maintain healthier environments. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact in your community.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Pay range offered for this role is $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
