Pest Management Systems, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to inspect homes, identify pest issues, and apply treatments following safety labels and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening as permitted by law.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state pest control licenses and certifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties including interiors, exteriors, crawl spaces, and attics.
• Identify pest issues and recommend effective treatment solutions.
• Perform pest control treatments per product labels and standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations.
• Present service recommendations based on inspection findings.
• Document services and customer interactions accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service.
