Job summary

Bug House Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to join the field team. You’ll be on the road, independent, building relationships with residential customers while delivering safe, effective pest control services.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: create lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: handle daily operations of your service route with strong time management.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment and company vehicles.

What your responsibilities will be:

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
