Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Supervise: Manage and guide a team of pest control technicians under your zone.
- Customer Focus: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing recommendations for pest management.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any pest issue or customer complaints that arise during service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in pest control, with at least 2 years experience.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pest control.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Certification: Pest control certification.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Starting basic salary of $2,300 - $2,500
- Not Including Productivity Allowance And Overtime
