About the Role

We are looking for committed and detail-oriented Pest Control Technicians to join our team. This role involves inspecting sites, identifying pest problems, implementing safe and effective treatments, and providing advice to help clients prevent future infestations. You will need to combine technical skills with strong customer service and a professional work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Problem Solving:

  • Carry out comprehensive site checks to detect pest activity and possible sources.
  • Apply investigative skills to plan effective exclusion and treatment strategies.
  • Offer customised recommendations to prevent recurrence of pest issues.

Pest Management:

  • Safely apply pest control treatments in accordance with NEA regulations and product guidelines.
  • Use baiting systems, monitoring tools, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methods.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain tools and equipment such as sprayers, foggers, and dusters.

Client Interaction:

  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide practical, professional solutions.
  • Advise clients on proper prevention practices and maintenance tips.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure treatments are effective and clients are satisfied.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Strictly follow safety standards, NEA rules, and product label instructions.
  • Wear and maintain the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Store and handle chemicals responsibly to prevent accidents.

Teamwork & Professionalism:

  • Coordinate with fellow technicians and office staff to deliver smooth service.
  • Maintain a high standard of work ethics and represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
