HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service residential routes and deliver a delightful customer experience. The role emphasizes professional appearance, route-based work, and ongoing licensing/education to keep skills sharp.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars to keep knowledge current.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week's route.

Responsibilities

A s a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
