HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service homeowners along a route. You will present a professional appearance with company truck, equipment, and uniform, and discuss pest issues while offering additional services when needed.

You must maintain your pest control license and attend seminars to stay sharp. The role includes lifting attachments, independent work, occasional Saturday shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week's route.
