Responsibilities
  1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro.
  2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program.
  4. Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
  5. Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
  1. No experience required—training provided.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  4. Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
  5. Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  6. Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
