Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to serve homeowners along assigned routes. You will present a professional image, diagnose pest issues, and discuss additional services when appropriate.

Expected to maintain licensure, attend seminars, and submit accurate tickets. The role offers a company vehicle, benefits, and opportunities for advancement, with occasional Saturday work to finish routes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance, including your vehicle, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services when needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and pursue ongoing education.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Work independently with motivation and focus.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to complete the week's route.

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week's route
