HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to service homeowners across Punta Gorda, FL. You’ll diagnose pest issues, maintain a clean company vehicle, and present a professional image while delivering friendly, reliable service on your daily route.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending seminars.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
