Pest Control Technician

Paladin Pest Control is a locally owned and growing pest control company serving Central Texas from New Braunfels to South Austin. We are built on honesty, quality service, and respect for both our customers and our technicians.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable pest control technician who wants stability now and growth in the future. This is not just a route job. This is a long term opportunity with real advancement for the right person.

What You Can Expect at Paladin

You will work in a company that values doing things the right way. We do not use contracts to trap customers. We do not pressure technicians to upsell. We prioritize service quality, ethical practices, and work life balance. You'll typically work Monday through Friday. During the summer, you'll be scheduled to work two Saturdays each month, and one Saturday per month during the rest of the year. Whenever you work a Saturday, you'll enjoy the following Monday off.
