Pro Active Pest Control in California is hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians. No experience required; paid training and state licensing provided for the right candidate.

You will manage service routes, perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties, and educate customers on services and prevention. A valid CA driver's license is required and licensing within 90 days if not current.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Must have or be willing to obtain an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative license through the CA State Pest Control Board.
• Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed.
• Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the company’s auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
