Job Description

In a Pest Control Technician position, you will have a daily route where you will service and treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.

This position will have you perform pest control in the St. George, Utah area. You will be operating remotely from our Orem, UT office.

New Hire training will be conducted in Orem, Utah for at least one week.

Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle to take home along with being provided a fuel card while running a route.

What to Expect

You will be treating approximately 14 homes per day. Routes are created for you daily and we try to keep you with the same customers for all their services. You will be responsible for ensuring that your routes are completed daily and that you continue to build relationships with your customers.

You will be inspecting homes to find any points of entry for insects and rodents, will perform pest control treatments, and help come up with any additional solutions to keep our customers pest-free. You will work with environmentally responsible products.

Qualifications

Required:

• Over 1 year of residential pest control experience.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.

Preferred:

• 1+ years commercial pest control experience
• Experience doing clean-outs, and working in attics and crawl spaces.

Requirements

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must have a current valid driver's license.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.
