All U Need Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Pest Control Technician in Southwest Florida. The role includes training, modern equipment, company vehicle, and mobile software to document work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and interact to produce an enjoyable experience
• Inspect and diagnose pest related issues and explain findings to the customer
• Educate customers on pest findings and elimination options based on IPM solutions
• Treat interiors, exteriors, porches and pool screens using IPM techniques
• Prepare proper service notifications and detailed notes via inhouse software on company phone
• Handle a pre-arranged schedule, complete jobs in a timely manner while delivering great service
• Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends
• Maintain and handle company equipment with care and cleanliness

A day in the life at All U Need Pest Control:

• Come in with an eager and motivated attitude, ready to help inform and ease customer concerns
• Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience
• Inspect and diagnose pest related issues, relaying the findings to the customer with an easing and comforting manner
• Listen to the customers’ needs and concerns, while adapting accordingly
• Educate customers on the pest findings and elimination techniques options based on an IPM (integrated pest management) solutions
• Treat the areas of the house with proper IPM techniques in areas of the house such as interiors, exteriors, porches, and pool screens. All services to be completed with accuracy and quality
• Prepare proper service notifications for the customer to easily read and relay the concerns back to the office in detailed notes, all done via inhouse software on company provided cell phone
• Handle a pre-arranged schedule made by the office, completing jobs in a timely manner, while still producing excellent customer service
• Attend company meetings and training sessions. Motivated attitude to complete self-research, to stay in touch with industry trends and standards. Always staying educated with the newest products and technology the company implements
• Handling company equipment with respect and preserving proper cleanliness and maintenance

Pay: Projected $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Occasional Saturday as needed

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Valid drivers license, held for a minimum of 5 years

Pass a pre-employment criminal background check

Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Possess and maintain a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in a drug-free workplace

Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily

Prior experience is preferred but not required

Be personable and enjoy interacting with customers
