We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based in Palm Bay, FL, with reporting to our Orlando, FL, office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels independently.

Salary: $15 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities include:

1. Running daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
2. Maintaining truck and equipment
3. Keeping accurate treatment records
4. Applying pesticides according to laws
5. Providing expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
6. Maintaining customer routes according to standards
7. Advising customers of potential issues
8. Reporting problems to management
9. Managing pesticide inventory
10. Carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
11. Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, and no more than two in the past four years)
• Drug test and background check required
