Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician based in Gallatin, TN, reporting weekly to our Nashville office. Responsibilities include running a daily route, maintaining equipment, and resolving pest concerns for customers.

No prior experience is necessary, and training will be provided. Coverage of the area includes working with pesticides while adhering to regulations and safety protocols. The position offers competitive pay, company vehicle, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides according to laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers.

Location

Zip Code: 37211, Gallatin, TN. This full‑time Pest Control Technician position is located in the area around Gallatin, TN and reports to our office in Nashville, TN once per week.

Compensation

$17.50 - $21.50 an hour, uncapped bonuses, annual incentive trip, iPhone provided, opportunity to earn overtime.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years
• Drug test and background check required
