Pest Hunters of Clarksville–Nashville–Franklin is hiring a dependable Pest Control Sales & Service Technician in Nashville, TN. This full-time, year-round role offers a base pay of $15–$18 per hour plus production and sales commissions and a company vehicle.

Training, certifications, and advancement opportunities are provided. The position emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, inspecting properties, applying products safely, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Able to pass background and driving-record checks
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable driving throughout the workday
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, organized, coachable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Willing to follow safety procedures and detailed service instructions
• Current C07 certification or willingness to earn it shortly after employment

Responsibilities

Pest Hunters of Clarksville–Nashville–Franklin is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Sales & Service Technician.

This is a full-time, year-round position with a growing, locally owned company. We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to build a career with opportunities for advancement and leadership.

Prior pest-control experience and Tennessee Category 7 Commercial Applicator Certification are preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate and provide the classes and study materials needed to earn certification. Candidates without certification must be prepared to study for and pass the exam shortly after onboarding, with a goal of becoming certified within their first two weeks.

What You’ll Do

Sales Expectations

Sales is not the primary responsibility of this position. There is no cold calling or door-to-door selling.

Technicians should understand our services, recognize customer needs, and recommend helpful add-on services when appropriate. Qualifying sales earn additional commission.
