Job Description

In a Pest Control Technician position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.

Benefits

• Wage comparable to $30 - $35 / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)

Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle to take home along with a fuel card. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.

What To Expect

You will be treating approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes will be created for you daily, consisting of the same customers for all services to build relationships.

You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify points of entry for pests and develop appropriate treatment plans. Clear communication with customers about findings, treatment plans, preventative measures, and additional services is essential.

You may need to visit our warehouse in Kansas City, MO for meetings, training, and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills

If you have experience in pest control, HVAC, solar, internet, cable, or similar fields, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must have a current valid driver's license.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may wear a respirator).
• You must be comfortable entering crawl spaces and attics.
