Position Overview

Grand Rapids, MI – full‑time Pest Control Technician reporting weekly to the office in Comstock Park, MI. $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped bonuses and an annual incentive trip. Company vehicle, company gas card, group health, dental and vision plans, pet insurance, life insurance, EAP, 401(k) match up to 4%, paid holidays and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route, resolving customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert, implementing efficient pest solutions for each customer.
• Maintain and service route customers according to company standards and procedures.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training will be provided.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license, valid for a minimum of 3 years.
• A clean driving record – no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
