As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with a variety of customers in the hospitality industry and other commercial businesses. By providing quality services and identifying solutions to pest problems, you’ll help our customers protect their brand and support their success. Our 5-week comprehensive PAID TRAINING program is designed to equip you with the necessary tools and resources to excel in your field – no prior experience required! Once established on your route, this role offers flexible scheduling and ownership of the customer accounts you service.
What You Will Do:
- Establish effective working relationships with customers and collaborate on best practices to identify and resolve pest elimination needs.
- Maintain expertise in Ecolab’s products and industry conditions to improve service quality and sales of pest prevention/elimination solutions.
- Utilize handheld computerized equipment to manage service records and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues.
Position Details:
- This is a field-based role with potential travel within the surrounding areas:
- Memphis, Tennessee
- Work hours and shift: Night Shift; Sunday - Thursday
During training, you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 1 week. Travel arrangements and expenses are covered by Ecolab. You must have proper identification, such as a Real ID, to fly.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of work or military experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work overnight shifts as needed.
- Willingness to be on call during off-hours and weekends.
- Ability to obtain pest certification and/or business licensing per state/local laws.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Background check and drug test required post-offer.
Physical Demands:
- Use of a respirator.
- Lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Working in various conditions, including confined spaces and extreme temperatures.
- Performing duties such as lifting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and walking.
- Driving a company vehicle as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to sell value-added products.
- Experience in pest elimination or route management preferred.

Compensation:
The total range is $31,500-$47,300 annually or hourly, including base pay and incentives, based on experience and other factors.
