Job summary

HomeTeam is the leading pest management company delivering reliable service to homeowners in Florida. This role focuses on field service, diagnosing pest issues, and recommending additional services while maintaining a professional appearance and full compliance with safety standards.

As part of the team, you’ll work independently, manage service tickets, and contribute to a friendly, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and safely use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance with your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
