Position Type:

Full Time

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)

Compensation:

Starting at $16/hr + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pest control routes.
• Conduct interior and exterior pest inspections.
• Communicate solutions effectively to customers.
• Provide timely estimates.
• Apply pesticides safely and according to label instructions.
• Set and remove rodent traps, nests, etc., safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Continuously improve pest control knowledge and skills.
• Respond promptly to customer questions.
• Assist in generating sales leads.
• Recommend treatments and provide estimates.
• Complete appointments on time, adhering to policies and regulations.
• Implement the best pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Use safety equipment properly.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment.
• Focus fully on duties during working hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., kneel, and bend.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Pest control experience is preferred but not required.
