Bug House Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Service Professional to service residential routes and protect homes from pests. You will operate on a field-based schedule, build relationships with customers, and apply pest control products following safety guidelines.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required. The role offers hourly pay with production bonuses and benefits.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
  • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
