Overview:

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full-time Pest Control Technician position is based on the road around Fayetteville, NC, with weekly reporting to our Raleigh, NC office. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16 - $20 per hour
• Uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Accurately record treatments
• Apply pesticides following laws
• Implement tailored pest solutions for customers
• Service route customers per standards
• Advise customers on potential issues
• Report problems to management
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work assigned local routes
• Carry approximately 50 lbs backpack
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record
• Drug test and background check required
