Job Description

As a Pest Control Technician, you will follow a daily route to treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. Your goal is to resolve customers' pest concerns while providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships, and offering strategic recommendations.

• Wage approximately $25 - $30/hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)

After training, you will receive a company vehicle to take home, along with a fuel card. You will also be provided a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.

What to Expect

You will treat about 12 to 14 homes daily. Routes will be assigned daily, focusing on the same customers to build relationships.

You will conduct thorough inspections to identify entry points for pests, infestations, and develop appropriate treatment plans. You will communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers, including preventative measures and additional services.

You may need to visit our warehouse in Centennial, CO for meetings, training, or supplies.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer-facing service experience
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills

• You must be 18 or older
• You need a valid driver's license
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be clean-shaven for safety (respirator use)
• Comfortable entering crawl spaces and attics
