Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers using IPM on a production-driven route.

You will start your day on the route, inspecting attics and crawl spaces, identifying pests and conducive conditions, and tailoring a personalized solution. A company vehicle is provided to support daily visits and service calls.

No experience is required; training is offered. We provide competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead route each day to service residential or commercial customers.
• Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Provide IPM-based solutions and document services.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order.

Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also create lifelong client relationships. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.
