Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners daily as you work your route.
2. Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your truck, equipment, and uniform.
3. Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
4. Maintain your pest control license and stay updated by attending seminars regularly.
5. Submit accurate service tickets to office staff.
6. Remain motivated and focused while working independently.
7. Work Saturdays occasionally to complete the week’s route.
