Responsibilities

The Orkin Pro safely and professionally provides the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated route. Their training prepares them with skills for route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning. They work to understand problems and resolve them effectively.

• Complete award-winning training to learn the necessary skills and knowledge
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem solver for customers, listening to their needs and recommending solutions
• Inspect customer properties and explain actions taken
• Complete all service documentation accurately using provided devices

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required; training provided
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including:

• Using ladders within weight capacity
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
• Wearing PPE, including respirators
• Working in various weather conditions
