Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Maryland to inspect properties, identify pests, select treatments, and install solutions to create pest-free environments. The role involves driving to sites, maintaining service vehicles, and documenting actions taken.

Select and build a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence. Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.Client Experience – Build relationships with our high profile clients through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Listen to client needs and offer solutions to pest issues and recommend appropriate services to resolve client concerns. Identify and alert clients of additional service offerings that will provide value to the client.Continuous Learning and Development– Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services. Stay current on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry. Training and development doesn’t stop at pest control, we also coach and train on running a business, managing time and efficiencies and interpersonal skills.
