Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician to service homeowners along a defined route, delivering courteous, professional service with a tidy truck and uniform.

You will diagnose pest issues, discuss additional services, maintain licenses, and submit accurate service tickets while working independently. The role may include occasional Saturday shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including your truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars to keep knowledge sharp.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
