Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician in the Atlanta area to provide IPM-based services to residential and commercial customers. You will drive a company vehicle, service routes, and implement proven treatment plans while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting sites, identifying pests, and applying personalized solutions, with training provided where needed. A valid driver's license is required and 40-hour work weeks are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assess pests in attics, crawl spaces, and residences to identify insects and conducive conditions.
• Devise and describe a personalized pest control solution for customers.
• Develop lifelong client relationships while on route.
• Collect service payments from customers and address questions.
• Keep equipment and the vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.
• Support the community as a friendly Pest Control Technician.
