Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. in Florida is hiring an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, insulation installation, and light construction.

You will inspect, install, and service for residential and commercial clients, partnering with customers to reduce pest activity while maintaining safety. We provide training and a comprehensive benefits package, with day-one eligibility for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections for residential and commercial clients.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup.
• Assist light construction, repairs and replacements related to pest damage.
• Explain services to customers and guide pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
