Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP insulation installation. You will make a meaningful impact in communities served, handling residential and commercial client needs.The role emphasizes safety, hands-on field work, and collaboration with customers and teams. You will follow safety protocols, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial clients for pests and install termite control systems.
• Install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction projects and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate service details and pest-control guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training to enhance skills.
