Spring-Green Enterprises Inc. & Subsidiaries in Plainfield, IL seeks a full-time Pest Control Technician Supervisor to lead field teams and ensure service goals are met.

Under the Director of Operations, you will train Pest Service Professionals, oversee vehicle readiness, and coordinate safe, effective integrated pest management for residential and commercial properties.

This role offers competitive benefits and a salary of $55k-$62k based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory responsibilities.
• Three or more years of experience in pest control or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• State pesticide license and CPCO/CAC license required; Mosquito license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college in management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coach the Pest Service Professionals to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train staff on the company’s sales and service strategies to help each branch exceed targets.
• Serve as the field expert for pest control issues and handle more complex service calls.
• Support branch training and evaluation of staff through ongoing activities and field evaluations.
• Educate staff on licensing requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee pest control vehicle and equipment inventory, maintenance, and readiness.
