• Perform pest management and service scheduling.
• Use PestPac, iPhone, email and web for service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Inspect, diagnose problems, and render service using approved materials.
• Maintain records of service time, materials and customer information.
• Promote and sell new services; funnel leads to sales.
• Achieve minimum sales generated goal per month.
