Key Responsibilities:

• Apply pesticides and treatments to residential and commercial properties to prevent and eradicate pests, including insects and rodents.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems and devise effective treatment plans.
• Educate clients on pest behaviors, preventative measures, and the specifics of proposed treatment solutions.
• Assist in the route and territory expansion to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage equipment and chemicals in strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of treatments and inspections.
• Work collaboratively with team members to refine pest control strategies and techniques.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate will have:

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in pest control.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A natural leadership ability, keen attention to detail, and a passion for the outdoors.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
