Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
5. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided handheld device for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers.
• Meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs., and wearing PPE.
